Refunds
You may return any item to us within 7 days of receiving your order. The returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. You should contact us immediately by phone or email and provide us with your original order number . We will then send you a return authorisation number. Once you receive the authorisation number, please promptly repackage your items securely and post them back to us using a Royal Mail service. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorisation number. When we receive your returned items we will reimburse the original purchase price including original postage costs. Chili and Ginger will not pay any postage or handling costs incurred by the customer in the course of returning items under these circumstances. All cancelled or returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking and transaction fee.
Liability
We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.
We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price.
We also cannot accept responsibility for incorrect use of the product. Please heed warning label notice and follow the safety instructions that come with your order to avoid accidents.
